Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Database Migration Specialist to lead the migration of databases to the cloud. This role requires expertise in Informatica Cloud and Google Cloud technologies, along with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement database migration strategies from on-premise systems to Google Cloud (BigQuery).
- Utilize tools such as Composer, Airflow, Dataflow, and Liquibase for efficient data integration and automation.
- Apply Google Cloud architecture best practices for scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and integration.
- Continuously improve Agile development processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in database migration projects, particularly to Google Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Informatica Cloud, BigQuery, Composer, Airflow, Dataflow, and Liquibase.
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Expertise in Agile development methodologies and process improvement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Data Engineer, Cloud Architect).
- Experience in enterprise-level database migrations.

Pay: $65.00 per hour
