We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager to oversee the critical IT infrastructure supporting our operations. This position requires an individual with exceptional leadership abilities, a deep understanding of IT systems, and the expertise to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the success of our organization by ensuring the seamless operation of all IT functions while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and high availability.
- Optimize existing systems and integrate innovative technologies to meet evolving business needs.
- Oversee the coding efforts necessary to enhance business websites and manage system administration tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation for IT systems, protocols, and procedures.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while negotiating service contracts and agreements.
Security & Compliance:
- Develop and implement robust security protocols to safeguard the organization's digital assets, ensuring full compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
ERP & Business Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Implement IT solutions aimed at reducing downtime, minimizing risks, and improving business processes.
Employee & Field Support:
- Oversee the maintenance, installation, and configuration of IT hardware/software, including desktop computers, printers, mobile devices, and tablets.
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues involving hardware, software, system compatibility, and network connectivity.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
