Responsibilities for IT Specialists III

  • Highly Proficient in working within a Ticketing System, like AutoTask or ConnectWise.
  • Manage Tier 3 Service tickets in a timely manner
  • Expert level in Verbal Communication, while driving Technical Issues to Resolution.
  • Certified Knowledge & Experience of Windows and Cloud-based Technologies.
  • Four Plus Years in an IT Help Desk or NOC Support Team Environment
  • Expert knowledge of firewalls, routers, layer 2/3 switches, and other networking devices.
  • Expert Level knowledge of all Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks.
  • Document customer interactions
  • Experience in working among a team, knowing when to ask for help.
  • Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
  • Certifications (A+, Net+, CCNA, MCSE) are a plus!

Qualifications for IT Specialists III

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation, preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a help desk environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice.
  • Available to work regular overtime.
  • Proficient with Apple computers.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets in order.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced computer technical issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
