Storybook Portraits is a successful family operated photography business that opened in Chandler in 1995. Our business is growing quickly due to the popularity of our portrait experience.

We help preserve the magic of childhood and instill confidence in children. Unfortunately, in today's world our children grow up so fast and deal with bullying and other challenges that shake their self-esteem. Our goal is to help slow that down and keep that innocence in children for as long as we can. A Storybook Portrait on our client's wall will give their children more confidence and greater self-esteem as they grow up.

Wage: $18 an hour
Hours: Part-Time (Around 30 Hours)

*Weekly bonuses available if able to meet weekly booking goal*
*Opportunity to get a promotion/pay raise every 90 Days*
*Sick Pay Included (1 Hour of Sick Pay For Every Paid 30 Hours)*

Our top performer makes around $24 an hour.
Our average performers make around $20-21 an hour.

Location: Remote (At Home Position)

Internet: Must have High Speed Internet and Be Plugged Into Your Modem/Router. (No Wifi allowed, Due to Specific Software)

Computer: Must have a Windows Operating System. (No Chromebooks/Macs Allowed, Due to Specific Software)

Schedule: 30 hours weekly
*There is a 2 week onboarding process in which will be around 30 hours a week but then your regular schedule resumes.

Monday - 10:00 - 4:30 EST TIME
Tuesday - 10:00 - 4:30 EST TIME
Wednesday - 10:00 - 4:30 EST TIME
Thursday - 10:00 - 4:30 EST TIME
Friday - 10:00 - 4:30 EST TIME

After training and consistent performance, you may qualify for additional hours.

Role (Overview of the Position)
Are you someone who thrives on structure, detail oriented, and is driven in trying to reach your goals? We are looking for an appointment coordinator that can build rapport with potential clients while consistently following a phone script. Do you value a work environment that is fast paced and fun? If so, then this position is for you! You will be responsible for following up with prospective clients and turning them into bookings to fill up our calendar. You will consult potential clients to determine if they will be a good fit for our studio.

Responsibilities (Associated with the Role)

• Contacting all leads to schedule their portrait session using a script
• (These are interested leads only, NO COLD CALLING)
• Moving stages in active campaign and sending blast/expirations each day
• Calling potential leads
• Check and return voicemails for people who want to schedule their session
• Documenting client interaction and phone consultations within our systems
• Meet with supervisor once a week to go over goals and areas of improvement for the week

Results (Expect Accomplishments)

• Expected to meet the weekly booking quota (13 weekly bookings)
• Expected Metrics; Convert 50% of the leads you talk to and book .75 sessions per hour
• Minimal to no errors in documenting notes in client systems
• Quarterly expectations (which will be reviewed at hiring)

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

• Know how to use our CRM - Stratus, JustCall, and Slack systems
• Know how to use Zoom
• Strong written and Verbal Skills
• Desire to make customers happy
• Belief in the value of a portrait
• Use Word, Excel (this is done via Google Sheets)
• Sales Skills Required
• Previous Telemarketing Position Recommended
• Willingness to self-reflect and and willingness to improve
• Work well with other team members to achieve the weekly goals
