Your Role as an Technology & Information Specialist at El Castillo
you will:

• Provide strategic IT oversight and security; monitor and manage the performance of our outsourced IT vendor to ensure 24/7 network reliability.
• Act as the internal champion of cybersecurity, ensuring all systems meet best-practice protocols and healthcare-related privacy.
• Systems & Integration Management: Provide high-level oversight of core software platforms (including EHR, financial, and facility tools.) Ensure systems are reliable, integrated, and accessible to multidisciplinary teams across the campus.
• Infrastructure & Hardware Lifecycle; Manage the organization's hardware fleet (laptops, desktops), equipment leases, and telecommunications systems.
• Serve as the point of our contact for our internet service provider and oversee campus-wide connectivity.
• Audio/Visual & Project Support: Lead the implementation of new technology projects and provide high-level support for audio/visual services used for resident programs and board presentations.
• Vendor & Contract Stewardship; manage service contracts and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and high service standards.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5 years of relevant hands-on experience, with a proven track record of managing enterprise systems and service contracts.
• Strong trouble shooting abilities and the capacity to manage task effectively and efficiently simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and remote-work tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
