Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience across our web platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, analyze data, and develop intuitive layouts that align with our brand vision and accessibility standards.
Duties
- Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Omnigraffle and Balsamiq.
- Design responsive layouts utilizing frameworks like Bootstrap and React Express.
- Ensure web accessibility standards are met in all design outputs.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs effectively and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Test designs with users to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Skills
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret user behavior and inform design strategies.
- Proficiency in layout design with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Experience with design tools such as Omnigraffle, Balsamiq, and prototyping software.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and React Express.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards to create inclusive designs.
- Experience using Qualtrics for gathering user feedback is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
