We are looking to add a Network Administrator (Level II) to our IT Staff. Main task include daily maintenance and other core tasks as described below.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Install, configure, maintain, update, patch, and monitor the operating system software and its associated components.
· Manage, maintain and upgrade existing servers, networks and desktops.
· Build new network and server environments.
· Maintain support tasks surrounding Windows server/system administration (e.g., DNS, DHCP, VPN, Active Directory, Virtualization, Group Policy).
· Works with multiple platforms, conducting performance tuning, capacity planning, detailed monitoring and reporting at the engineering level.
· Develops scripts, programs, and tools to assist with system administration functions.
· Serve as the Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server and IBM AIX technical authority.
· Address end users’ requests and provide status updates.
· Troubleshoot and resolve critical server and storage-related problems.
· Solve complex technical problems including, software deployments, server and desktop hardware issues and software problems.
· Analyze performance indicators to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
· SD-Wan, Fortinet and HP Networking experience and capacity of management of the Network Infrastructure.
· Provides Level 3 technical support in critical production support issues interacting with Developers.
· Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.
· Coordinate internal and external resources and vendors.
· Maintain healthy working relationships with multiple users, manage customer user, and regularly communicate status updates to users.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field plus 5 years in system administration, information technology, or a related field.
· 5+ years of Microsoft server administration experience preferred.
· MCSE/MCSA, CCNA, NSE certifications preferred.
· Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) a plus; Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
