Job Summary
The 22nd Judicial Circuit Court seeks applicants for a Senior Application Developer. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a nationally accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or related discipline and at least three (3) years full-time paid experience in an IT position; (OR) An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline and at least five (5) years full-time paid experience in an IT position; (OR)Successful completion of certified technical apprenticeship program and at least five (5) years full-time paid experience in an IT position. Must be at least 21 of age. EOE

Under the direction of the Information Technology Manager, this person performs work of a highly technical nature involving Court application services and systems. Work requires advanced skill in the administration, design, maintenance of existing programs and full stack development of new applications.

Job Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and custom reports.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues across multiple layers (frontend, backend, and deployment environment), recommend improvements to code base and system designs.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for systems, APIs, and configurations.
• Assists with system administration duties as needed, including database management and server maintenance.
• Manage individual workload and timelines independently.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support and guide junior developers.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $71,708.00 per year
