JOB SUMMARY:

Administer and provide technical support for engineering systems.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Administer all computers, printers, tablets, and other user endpoint devices
  • Create and use software deployment packages using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM), Intune, or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) products.
  • Administer our M365 environment
  • Administer user credentials and permissions with Microsoft Entra and Azure Active Directory
  • Create and deploy software packages to endpoints
  • Manage software licenses and communicate with vendors
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In-depth knowledge of M365 and other Microsoft solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management using Microsoft Entra and Azure Active Directory.
  • General understanding of security best practices.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a project-based, team environment.
  • Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to be flexible and adapt to change.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Requires an Associate degree or higher. Minimum of 3 years equivalent experience.
