Hammond Lumber Company, voted 2025's Best Places to Work in Maine, is seeking a Full-Time Senior IT Support Specialist for our Belgrade, Maine location.

Provide second level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, either remotely or on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals for employees.

Assists management in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the department.

Provides excellent customer service to all levels of employees including customers, peers, and leadership.

Creates, follows, maintains and updates as necessary documentation and checklists to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:
- Associate degree (or higher)

4+ years of technical support experience
-
Ability to travel to other sites and work after hours when needed.

Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

Apply critical thinking skills to solve business problems.

Experience with M365, Windows Server and Desktop OS’s, VMWare ESX, Horizon View, HyperV, Azure, InTune, and SQL Server.

Experience managing and supporting enterprise technology solutions.

Strong understanding of WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies.

Asset management, deploying, implementing, and managing 3rd party antivirus/anti-malware software.

Knowledge of Cybersecurity and PCI Compliance preferred.
