JONATHAN Y DESIGNS

We are seeking an IT Network Administrator at JONATHAN Y to provide proactive support, system improvements, and technical expertise across our multi-location operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in maintaining secure, efficient, and reliable IT infrastructure while identifying opportunities for ongoing optimization. This position requires working onsite at one of our facilities, located near Riverside County, California or Hardeeville, South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, integrate, and maintain networking solutions to ensure reliable connectivity across all locations.
• Manage and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure system security, stability, and peak performance.
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and apply required updates, patches, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and recommend upgrades or optimizations.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies, standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide end-user technical support and assist employees with IT-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of networking hardware, software, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Experience with multi-site systems and remote network management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with compliance and data security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
