Evening Work! Cardinal Recruiting LLC is looking for a Part-Time Janitor to provide cleaning services at 1 location in Tonopah, NV. Bonus and pay progression! Additional details follow:
Cleanings will take place Monday - Friday after 5:00PM. Please plan to clean during the normal business hours until clearances have been granted. Must be able to pass a favorable background check
```Duties```
- Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining designated areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
