About Us
AppliedABC is revolutionizing the ABA therapy industry with our innovative digital platform. We help ABA agencies improve patient outcomes while maintaining financial health through comprehensive clinical and administrative functionality.
Role Overview
We’re building and launching a SaaS platform for ABA therapy and scaling our engineering operations. We’re seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our team and help strengthen our infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable systems that support our growing platform, with a strong focus on observability and cloud operations.
Requirements
2–4 years of professional DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering experience
Hands-on experience managing AWS EC2 environments (provisioning, scaling, optimization)
Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Pipelines, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Scripting ability in Bash, Python, or similar languages
Understanding of IAM best practices, secrets management, and infrastructure security
Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across engineering and product teams
Must be available during core overlap hours for team collaboration
Nice to Have
Release engineering experience (branching strategies, release automation, artifact management)
Experience with event-driven serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge)
Exposure to cost optimization, observability, and performance tuning in cloud environments
Certifications such as AWS Developer/DevOps Engineer
Location
This position is based in-office at our 4601 Sheridan St, Hollywood Florida office. Only candidates currently residing locally will be considered.
