Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting our users. This role requires a strong understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and various operating systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain server environments, including Linux and ESXi platforms.
  • Configure and troubleshoot DHCP services to ensure reliable network connectivity.
  • Implement and oversee system architecture design to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Administer RAID controllers for data redundancy and performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate with development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Utilize Azure for cloud services management, ensuring secure access and resource allocation.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and implement disaster recovery plans.
  • Automate processes using Jenkins to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to users, resolving issues in a timely manner.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing Linux environments and virtualized systems (ESXi).
  • Familiarity with DHCP configuration and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of RAID controller configurations and management.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
