Job Summary

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent clients across the state who have purchased defective vehicles that qualify as lemons.

We are seeking a highly organized and creative, technically capable Web & UX/UI Specialist to support our marketing team. Own the front-end transformation of plsfirm.com and lemonlaws.com. Lead Webflow migration from headless CMS, redesign for premium, mobile-first experiences that align with our brand kits and drive qualified lemon law leads. Coordinate vendor campaign data for weekly insights that inform UX optimizations.

This is hands-on execution in a regulated space: craft hierarchies that convert in 2-3 seconds, maintain compliance, and prove impact through metrics. Report to Marketing Director; collaborate with vendors and new hires (graphic designer, video editor).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Webflow rollout: rebuild sites, landing pages, and flows (intake, thank-you, post-submission) with strict adherence to brand standards.
• Optimize for conversion: mobile-responsive layouts, touch-friendly interactions, sub-3-second loads, strong CTA dominance.
• Deploy and test: tracking pixels, forms, A/B variants on elements like hero copy and form fields.
• Pull and analyze vendor data (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) in Excel/Google Sheets; produce weekly reports highlighting UX opportunities (e.g., high-bounce pages, form drop-offs).
• Maintain accessibility, speed, and California Bar compliance (clear disclaimers, no outcome guarantees or misleading implications).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong portfolio required: Submit case studies of web/UX redesigns in lead-gen, SaaS, or regulated industries. Each must show full process (research/user flows → wireframes → high-fidelity → launch/iteration) and measurable outcomes (e.g., conversion rate lift, reduced bounce, lead quality improvement).
• Expert in Webflow, HTML/CSS/JS; experience migrating CMS platforms for responsive, performance-optimized sites.
• Comfortable with Figma/Adobe XD for rapid prototyping and handoff.
• Proven data skills: interpret campaign spreadsheets, spot trends, translate into design decisions.
• Track record in fast environments: deadline-driven, collaborative, communicates design rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern design elements and their use cases.
