Job description

Position Highlights:

We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Senior Data Analyst. The Senior Data Analyst support strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis, cost analysis, and sales performance insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data consolidation and reconciliation, exceptional advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional who can translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform in-depth data analysis to support business, financial, and operational decision-making

· Conduct cost analysis to identify trends, variances, savings opportunities, and efficiency improvements

· Analyze sales performance, revenue trends, pricing, and profitability across products, regions, and channels

· Lead data consolidation and reconciliation across multiple data sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency

· Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, dashboards, and reports (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, macros/VBA preferred)

· Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations for senior management

· Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights

· Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and reporting standards

· Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting and analysis processes

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field

· 5+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role

· Proven experience in cost analysis, sales analysis, and financial reporting

· Strong background in data consolidation and reconciliation

· Advanced Excel proficiency (expert-level formulas, pivot tables, Power Query; VBA/macros a strong plus)

· Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

· $60,000-$65,000
