NIGP is on the hunt for an experienced Database Administrator, who will be responsible for the development and support of the Association Management System (AMS) and related systems. This person will ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of the data and supporting tables contained in the AMS. The incumbent will stay up-to-date on the current releases of the AMS and identify opportunities for taking advantage of that functionality. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring data interoperability between Altai AMS and other third-party systems that integrate via API.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:
· Builds and maintains API integrations
· Customizes forms and workflows
· Manages user permissions and security roles
· Documents SOPs and development history
· Trains staff
· Works with Business Intelligence Analyst to maintain data integrity and hygiene
Your Ideal Skills and Abilities:
· Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and collaborate effectively
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM highly preferred
· Experience with SQL, JSON, REST, Power Automate, Power BI
· Proven experience successfully ensuring data integrity in a multi-user relational database environment
· Ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, rapid changes and adapt responses and tactics to fit fluid circumstances
· Proven technical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software applications
· Demonstrated ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users verbally and in writing
· Demonstrated ability to write clear and accurate technical documentation
