Job description
We need an in house developer that will be able to build an internal app along with an internal site/dashboard. This app and dashboard will display data for our sales team, technician team, and office team. We have a CRM, along with other software providers, that have open APIs that will need to be used in order to display the data desired.
Examples of what we are looking for to be displayed in the app and website are:
-Sales on an individual and team level based on revenue, number of sales, contract value, etc.
-Route completion percentage for our technicians on a day to day basis
-Earned commissions
-Variable competitions to increase production
-Call statistics for the call center (handle time, abandoned calls, total calls, etc.)
The coding languages used are HTML, C#, JavaScript. This person must be well versed in these language in order to build the app and site from the ground up with direction from the business. This person will also need to be able to do the initial testing of this software to ensure that the requirements are done correctly.
This is the first internal software position that we are hiring. Meaning that most of the framework will need to be built from scratch and be scalable as we further build out our internal app and internal website.
A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Some type of portfolio (such as GitHub) will be required to provide.
