About the Role
We’re hiring an on-site Senior Software Developer & Team Lead to guide our development team and work directly with clients. This role is hands-on (50–70% coding) with leadership responsibilities including mentoring two remote developers, overseeing projects, and ensuring code quality.

What You’ll Do

• Write, debug, and review code for client projects
• Lead and mentor a small team of remote developers/designers
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients, provide updates, and manage expectations
• Review code for quality, security, and maintainability
• Improve development processes and workflows
• Report project status and team performance to company leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years software development experience
• Strong skills in PHP or C#/.NET
• Solid understanding of front-end, databases, APIs, and modern dev practices
• Experience mentoring or leading developers
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure or DevOps tools is a plus
