Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders and provide accurate and timely service.
• Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Food Preparation:
• Prepare food items according to Hardee's standards and recipes.
• Ensure food is cooked and served to customers at the proper temperature and quality.
• Assemble food orders (e.g., burgers, fries, salads, beverages).
• Cash Handling:
• Operate the cash register to process customer transactions.
• Handle cash and provide change accurately.
• Follow all company procedures regarding cash handling and register operation.
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized (e.g., dining area, kitchen, restrooms).
• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work together with other team members to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
• Assist in training new team members when necessary.
• Follow all health, safety, and company guidelines.
• Food Safety and Quality Control:
• Ensure that food safety standards are followed at all times.
• Monitor food products for quality and freshness.
• Restock supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive-Thru and Other Operations:
• Operate the drive-thru window, taking orders, and serving customers.
• Assist with other restaurant tasks as needed (e.g., stocking, setting up for the shift).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in fast food or customer service is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting moderate weights (e.g., food trays, boxes, etc.).

Schedule:

• Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
