Agility Technologies Inc. (“Agility”) is a forward-thinking technology solutions provider specializing in cutting-edge SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and enterprise IT solutions. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to help us streamline our development and deployment processes while integrating innovative technologies into our Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Job Overview: As a DevOps Engineer at Agility, you will play a critical role in identifying and resolving friction points in our CI/CD pipeline and designing automation solutions to enhance deployment processes. You will work closely with the development team, act as their go-to person for technical challenges, and communicate DevOps strategies to leadership. You'll also be responsible for integrating new technologies, such as DocuSign and Salesforce test automation, into our pipeline to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address friction points in the CI/CD pipeline; design and implement automation solutions to optimize deployment processes.
- Act as a point of contact for developers, providing guidance and support during code reviews or when technical challenges arise.
- Communicate DevOps delivery plans, progress, and milestones to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Integrate new technologies into the CI/CD pipeline, including Salesforce 2GP packaging, DocuSign, and test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps tools and processes.
- Federal project experience is a must; familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) environment is a plus.
- Must have a Public Trust clearance and must be clearable to the Secret level; having an existing Secret clearance is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with the following technologies:
- Salesforce 2GP (Second-Generation Packaging)
- Node.js development and scripting
- Git version control systems
- YAML configuration files
- Docker containerization
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a multi-platform environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate DevOps plans and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with integrating test automation tools into Salesforce environments.
- Knowledge of DocuSign integration for deployment processes.
- Understanding of agile and DevOps methodologies, with a focus on continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) best practices.
