Job Summary:
As Director of Information Technology, you will be a key member of the Management Team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This role requires a strategic visionary for IT and a security leader responsible for driving modernization, compliance, and operational efficiency across the technology environments and all business functional areas. Leader will direct enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity programs, infrastructure modernization, and business applications supporting automation and standardization. Leader will also partner with management and cross-functional teams to ensure IT operations align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer demands.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following credentials
Primary responsibilities:
Partnering with Leadership: Skilled communicator with the ability to bridge executive strategy and technical execution. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to provide guidance around IT initiatives that enhance organizational performance and support the businesses key metrics.
Technology Vision and Roadmap Development: Strategically lead the investment in innovation and technology that aligns with the industry and Ridgeview’s charter/mission. Lead the architecture, modernization, and cybersecurity enhancements required by the business around the enterprise IT infrastructure, ERP & MES platforms, and cloud environments.
Business Operation Support: Oversee IT operations supporting a 24/6 manufacturing environment; ensuring uptime, resiliency, and disaster recovery readiness. Experience evaluating and implementing systems for business process improvements that lead to operational excellence.
Staff Development: Recruit, develop and retain the talent required for a solid technology team with the needed training assessments, guidance, mentoring, and drive for continuous improvement to ensure the department’s success.
Project Management: Provide project development and management oversight, as necessary, to launch business initiatives within a multi-site high demand organization and industry.
Reporting: As a member of the Management team, prepare regular reports on IT performance and strategies to the CFO and President.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
· 5-10 years of management experience in leading a technology team with expertise across infrastructure, ERP, cloud, and cybersecurity.
· Knowledge of QAD ERP is preferred.
· Experience with Microsoft/Windows Server, SQL, enterprise networking concepts and practices along with cybersecurity tools.
· Experience with security subsystems (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, etc.).
· Must have working knowledge of all IT support areas (e.g., servers, desktops, voice, Internet, and web technologies, etc.).
· Prepare, implement, and monitor the budget for the IT department that is consistent with the overall strategic plan and budget of the company.
· Demonstrated success in vendor management.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to communicate IT related information in a non-technical manner.
· Excellent analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting, decision-making and project management skills.
· Detailed oriented and data driven with proven organization and prioritization skills.
