Responsibilities:

• Resolve Development Issues: Diagnose and fix all development bugs reported for internal and client WordPress websites, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
• Manage Internal Development Requests: Oversee and execute all internal development requests, including new features, updates, and customizations for WordPress sites.
• Support Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the Marketing department to implement required development changes, such as landing page updates, form integrations, and A/B testing setups.
• Develop Client Websites: Assist in building and customizing client WordPress websites, ensuring alignment with client specifications, branding, and performance requirements.
• Enhance UX/UI and Metrics: Work with the Marketing department to improve clickthrough rates (CTR), user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) through datadriven optimizations and design enhancements.
• Manage Jira Development Tasks: Complete all tasks assigned on the Jira Development board, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on WordPress development trends, plugins, themes, and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Task Review and Completion: Regularly review and complete all assigned tasks within Jira, maintaining clear communication on progress and blockers.

• Ensure Website Performance and Security: Optimize WordPress websites for speed, scalability, and security, including regular updates to core, themes, and plugins, as well as implementing SEO best practices.
• Collaborate on CrossFunctional Projects: Work with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver cohesive website solutions that meet business objectives.
• Maintain Code Quality: Follow coding standards, perform regular code reviews, and use version control systems (e.g., Git) to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases.
• Be a Team Player: Foster a collaborative environment by actively supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team goals.
