We're searching for a talented and experienced UX/UI designer to join our team and propel our online store to new heights. What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the CMO, marketing team, web development team, and engineers to bring your design concepts to life.
- Conduct insightful user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Craft user-centered experiences through wireframing, prototyping, and iterating on designs.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and analyze data to identify and implement conversion-driven improvements.
- Develop compelling visual content that seamlessly integrates with user flows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor analysis to inform strategic UX/UI decisions.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a proven track record of success in e-commerce.
- Conversion rate optimization experience.
- Experience in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Masterful command of UX/UI design and prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
- Proficient in analyzing website data and insights using tools like Google Analytics 4 and VWO.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A critical eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with accessibility design principles and inclusive practices.
- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with design systems and UI kit creation for increased efficiency.
