We are a Philadelphia/Delaware based health and wellness company with over 150 employees and have been in business for over 12 years. This position is full-time, in-office. Generous relocation package offered.

We're searching for a talented and experienced UX/UI designer to join our team and propel our online store to new heights. Are you a data-driven UX/UI designer with a passion for e-commerce and a knack for turning insights into conversion gold? What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the CMO, marketing team, web development team, and engineers to bring your design concepts to life.
  • Conduct insightful user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Craft user-centered experiences through wireframing, prototyping, and iterating on designs.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and analyze data to identify and implement conversion-driven improvements.
  • Develop compelling visual content that seamlessly integrates with user flows.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor analysis to inform strategic UX/UI decisions.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a proven track record of success in e-commerce.
  • Conversion rate optimization experience.
  • Experience in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Masterful command of UX/UI design and prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
  • Proficient in analyzing website data and insights using tools like Google Analytics 4 and VWO.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • A critical eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with accessibility design principles and inclusive practices.
  • Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with design systems and UI kit creation for increased efficiency.
