Objectives of this role

• Implementing and maintaining new Continuous Integration tools and infrastructure.

• Understanding the changing needs of developers and translating them into action items.

• Creating new ways to automate and improve the Continuous Integration process.

• Testing and examining code written by others • Identifying technical problems and developing updates and fixes

• Working with other teams in the organization to ensure adherence to our best practices Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)

• Deploy updates and fixes as required to ensure Continuous Integration

• Develop solutions to integrate with internal back-end systems as needed

• Perform root cause analysis of development and production build and pipeline issues

• Develop automation to enhance current processes

• Develop new procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Experience Required:

7+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or a similar software engineering role.

Experience with embedded systems build and development process preferred. Team leadership experience highly preferred.

• Experience with one of the following CICD tools. o Jenkins o GitLab CI/CD o GitHub Actions o Circle-CI

• Experience with one or more of the following Observability tools. o Prometheus o Graphana o Datadog o CloudWatch o Lens

• Experience with one or more of the following log management tools. o Elastic Stack o Grafana Loki o FluentD

• Experience with one or more of the following Configuration Management tools. o Ansible o Chef o Puppet

• Experience with one or more of the following Cloud Platforms. o GCP o AWS o Azure

Pay: $60.96 - $64.90 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
