Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Regional IT Manager to oversee and deliver IT support across multiple locations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless technology operations, infrastructure reliability, and exceptional end-user support for staff at various properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to multiple locations within the region, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of technical issues.
  • Oversee local network infrastructure, servers, hardware, and software systems to ensure reliability and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and support property-level IT systems, including POS, PMS, and other business-critical applications.
  • Act as the primary liaison between local sites and corporate IT leadership.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, systems, and support processes.
  • Train and support staff on technology tools and systems, ensuring they are confident and efficient in their use.
  • Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment and services.
  • Participate in technology projects, upgrades, and rollouts across the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • progressive IT support experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in network administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT security best practices.
  • Proven ability to support property-based systems (hospitality, retail, or service industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly across multiple sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
