Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a customer-focused attitude. This role involves supporting daily office operations, managing communications, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. The Office Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone systems and email.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, data entry, and collaboration.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, filing, and data management.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
- Support medical reception duties if applicable, including patient check-ins and appointment confirmations.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in using computer systems, particularly Google Workspace applications.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience with personal assistant responsibilities is advantageous.

Pay: $40.65 - $49.87 per hour
