Meat Up Restaurant Group – (Flamestone Trinity) is seeking experienced dishwashers!
Flamestone Trinity is seeking highly experienced, motivated, and professional dishwashers.
We are a casually sophisticated American Grill that specializes in cooking with stone and fire.
The Dishwasher position is vital to the overall cleanliness of the building, the safety of our guests and staff and to ensure the kitchen is clean, orderly, and sanitized.
Essential Functions:
· Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
· Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift to 50 lbs. and work in a wet, confined area with elevated temperatures.
· Clean walls and kitchen equipment.
· Correctly use, store, and label chemicals.
· Empty trash cans and wash in timely manner.
· Perform any additional tasks as requested by management.
