Job description
The Steward is responsible for the cleanliness of all our restaurant/kitchens. This position is also responsible for sanitation and washing of all kitchen equipment, appliances, hoods and more!
Essential Functions:
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
- Maintain a high level of cleaning and sanitation.
- Cleaning of all equipment and appliances in kitchens.
- Regular cleaning of satellite stations.
Required:
- Must demonstrate good attendance.
- Be able to lift up and operate heavy pieces of equipment (40lbs or more).
- Perform all duties while standing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling.
