About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level IT Engineer who can help automate workflows, transform data into insights, and support our growing Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This Entry-Level IT Engineer role bridges technology, data, and business operations — perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in automation, analytics, and digital transformation.

You'll work closely with our operations and IT teams to streamline processes, build intelligent workflows, and create data visualizations that drive business decisions. Primary Responsibilities

Workflow Automation & Process Improvement

• Build and support Power Automate workflows to streamline email triage, data entry, and task routing
• Design logic for email classification, document extraction, and SharePoint file automation with integration with Dataverse tables
• Monitor and troubleshoot flow performance to ensure reliability and compliance
• Identify opportunities for automation across departments and implement solutions

Business Intelligence & Data Visualization

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards visualizing broker activity and operational KPIs
• Connect Dataverse, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and insurance data sources for unified reporting
• Transform raw data into actionable insights for leadership and operational teams
• Create interactive reports that help stakeholders make data-driven decisions

Microsoft 365 Support & Administration

• Provide L1–L2 support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Troubleshoot user issues and optimize platform performance
• Assist with user onboarding, permissions management, and application configuration
• Stay current with M365 updates and new features that could benefit the organization

Documentation & Training

• Document new processes, workflows, and automation solutions
• Create user guides and training materials for non-technical staff
• Conduct end-user training sessions on new tools and processes
• Maintain technical documentation for all systems and integrations

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams)
• Basic understanding of data structures and relational concepts

• Excellent communication skills to translate technical solutions for business users

• Internship experience in IT support, data analysis, or business operations
