Position Summary: Our client is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain their luxurious home in Western Malibu and join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for cleaning, exceptional organizational skills, experience in high-level hospitality service, and familiarity with high-end artwork.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily general and deep cleaning of the interior, keeping the house clean and organized at all times.
• Minimal laundry is handled internally, while the majority is outsourced. You will be responsible for organizing and managing this process.
• Regularly check supply levels and monitor pantry, refrigerator, supply closets, bathrooms, etc., keeping the areas organized and restocking supplies as needed.
• Be the eyes and gatekeeper of the home, answering the doorbell and overseeing vendors when needed.
• Excellent hospitality experiences and enjoys working on a team.
• Be proactive and tend to the small details. Having a passion for organization and a strong attention to detail is a must!

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a housekeeper in a private residence or luxury hotel. Success in this role requires exceptional cleaning skills, including expertise in caring for fine materials and furnishings. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, and candidates must provide verifiable references from previous employers.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the option for weekend work as needed.

Compensation: Starting at $50 per hour, with compensation commensurate with experience.
