We are seeking an experienced and highly capable and motivated Technology Services Manager to join our Technology Services Department. This individual will play a key role in managing IT operations, ensuring compliance with global standards, and leading our digital transformation initiatives including AI integration, Cloud based ERP, and in-house software development.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage daily IT operations, ensuring high system availability, reliability, and security.
- Partner with global counterparts to align with corporate strategy.
- Lead morning sprint meetings
- Report on operations at a regular cadence
- Manage budget and oversee purchasing
Infrastructure & Operations
- Infrastructure: we operate a Juniper network, Windows/VMware server farm, Honeywell scanners, Zebra label printers, automation, cameras, and an S2 access badging system.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers.
- Implement ITGC controls and maintain compliance with JSOX and IATF 16949.
Project Management
- Support IFS Cloud migration and parallel run strategy, including integration with Radley, BarTender, and other key systems.
- Oversee AI and DevOps project initiatives.
- Agile, SDLC, WBS
Innovation & Transformation
- Drive automation initiatives through Domain Level AI projects.
- Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or other demanding environments.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (IFS preferred), cloud migration, and IT compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead through change.
- Experience with network/security management, vendor relations, and project management.
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture and compliance requirements is a plus.
