career-track roles in a clean and organized warehouse with long-term potential and opportunities to grow into lead, forklift, or other skilled roles.

Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick aerospace components, boxes, and full pallets
- Load and unload materials safely
- Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Perform picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and inventory tasks
- Maintain clean workspaces and follow 7S safety standards
- Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse

Job Requirements:
- 6+ months warehouse, picking, or logistics experience preferred
- Able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours per shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Able to meet productivity and accuracy expectations
