We’re looking for a Junior JavaScript & HTML Developer to join our team onsite at our Temecula, CA facility. This role is ideal for recent college graduates who want hands-on experience in both web development and the robotics industry.

What You’ll Do

As part of our front-end engineering team, you’ll collaborate with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and robotics engineers to build sleek, functional, and reliable web-based applications for our robotics platforms. Debugging is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces for robotics dashboards and control systems.
• Turn design mockups into responsive, accessible HTML, CSS, and JavaScript components.
• Work with backend and hardware engineers to integrate APIs and real-time data feeds.
• Test, debug, and improve front-end performance for various devices and environments.
• Participate in agile sprints, code reviews, and team problem-solving sessions.
• Stay curious and expand your knowledge of both front-end technologies and robotics applications.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience from coursework, internships, or personal projects developing web pages or front-end features.
• Basic familiarity with Git and browser developer tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs or WebSocket data flow.
• Interest in robotics, IoT, or working with hardware interfaces.
• Awareness of performance optimization and responsive design principles.

Compensation & Growth

The pay range of $50,000 – $70,000 reflects entry-level front-end developer roles (0–2 years of experience) in Southern California. Recent data from Salary.com and Glassdoor indicates that junior web developers typically earn between $52k–$68k, depending on skills and region — making this range competitive for new graduates entering the field.

You’ll receive hands-on mentorship from senior engineers and exposure to robotics systems — building a strong foundation for advancement into Mid-Level Front-End or Full Stack Developer roles within TechForce Robotics.
