Senior UX/UI Designer

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, development) to bring design concepts to life.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor analysis to inform strategic UX/UI decisions.
- Advocate for user-centricity throughout the organization.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a proven track record of success in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and branding.
- Masterful command of UX/UI design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Proficient in analyzing website data and insights using tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A critical eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning.
- Familiarity with design systems and UI kit creation.

- Experience with accessibility design principles and inclusive practices.
- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for deeper collaboration.
