We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, fast-moving helper to support our web content and development projects.

As a web development agency, we launch the highest volume of websites in the final quarter of the year. With the holiday season in full swing, our team of content editors, developers, designers, and project managers could use an extra set of capable hands.

We need your help!

If you’re someone who can learn quickly, follow instructions, and complete tasks accurately after basic training, we’d love to work with you. It’s a great opportunity to earn some extra holiday cash while gaining experience in a fast-paced digital agency. It may lead to a full-time job too on our web design support team.

What You’ll Do:

• Content edits and text edits in WordPress
• Edit and proofread law firm practice pages and biographies
• Create sitemaps for new websites
• Post finalized content to WordPress
• Basic photo edits and cropping

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability of 15 to 25 hours per week, ideally in consistent half day blocks during standard business hours (8 AM to 5 PM EST)
• Proficiency in WordPress
• Comfortable working in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Excellent editing skills (grammar, spelling, clarity, and context). Strong attention to detail – you hate an extra space and inconsistent naming. You will be checking firm name, links, telephones, bio information, etc.

This is a remote contract role with flexible hours. It’s ideal for someone looking to sharpen their content and Wordpress skills while contributing to a fast-moving digital team. While we can’t guarantee full-time work at the end of the contract, we always remember reliable, high-performing collaborators and are happy to reconnect as future needs arise.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
