We’re growing our Tallahassee presence and looking for a Senior Full Desk Recruiter who knows the Florida state government landscape and loves connecting great IT talent with meaningful public-sector work.

Salary is 70k-90k base, plus commission/bonus, contingent on experience as a full desk recruiter.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Full Desk Recruiter, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in our continued growth:

• Source, recruit, and place IT professionals for Florida state government agencies
• Fill a wide range of roles, including:
• Data Analysts
• Java / .NET Developers
• Network Engineers
• Project Managers
• Business Analysts
• Web Designers
• Technical Writers
• Architects & more
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using creative and proactive sourcing strategies
• Screen, interview, and close candidates — including offer negotiation and onboarding
• Partner closely with account managers, clients, and internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver results
• Leverage TVT-approved AI tools and ATS platforms to work smarter and more efficiently
• Attend networking events, job fairs, and occasional client meetings to expand your reach

Who YOU Are:
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:

• 3+ years of full desk recruiting experience in Florida state government staffing (Tallahassee experience strongly preferred)
• A strong existing network of government IT candidates and decision-makers
• Proven sourcing and closing skills in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfort working onsite and engaging in occasional after-hours networking events

Experience in government IT staffing is preferred, but exceptional recruiters with strong relationships and sourcing abilities are always welcome.
