Client Overview:
Our client is a leading medical society dedicated to accelerating the advancement of healthcare through multidisciplinary collaboration, education, and advocacy. Core activities of our client are focused on leading scientific discoveries, advancing professional development, impacting global health, and transforming patient care. They are seeking a Learning Management System Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$35/hr - $40/hr DOE

Position Overview:
The Learning Management System Administrator plays a key role in optimizing eLearning. This individual will manage the full lifecycle of online learning content - building and maintaining courses, ensuring a seamless user experience, supporting technical troubleshooting, and connecting with other internal systems. The Learning Management System Administrator also oversees reporting and analytics to guide continuous improvement and collaborates cross-functionally with IT, Finance, vendors, and educational partners.

Responsibilities of the Learning Management System Administrator:
  • Manage LMS content creation, upload, and organization.
  • Configure EthosCE and/or Cadmium to align with organizational needs and monitor platform updates.
  • Generate and analyze LMS reports and monitor engagement, and identify improvements.
  • Provide user support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials for consistent processes.
  • Advise on emerging technologies and best practices in e-learning.
Required Experience/Skills for the Learning Management System Administrator:
  • 5 - 7 years of LMS administration experience.
  • Strong experience with EthosCE and/or Cadmium CE.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning technologies (e.g., Captivate, Articulate, Vimeo, GoToWebinar).
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Learning Management System Administrator:
  • LMS experience ideally within a medical education or association environment.
  • Familiarity with CME/PARS reporting, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
