We provide services including home routine maintenance and management, home renovations and improvements, and high-end ground up custom building. What we are seeking
We are currently seeking a highly organized and presentable individual with a good understanding of residential homes and their maintenance or the willingness and ability to learn quickly. This individual will spend about 70% of their time “in the field” going from house to house in a company provided vehicle to meet with clients and subcontractors, check in on home issues, execute on handyman tasks, pick up materials, etc. The remainder of their time will be spent in the office to manage tasks, communicate with our internal team, clients and subcontractors. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working with people and would like to gain or further their knowledge about home construction, systems and maintenance. Although the main role of this position will be in assisting with maintenance related issues, support on larger projects and general training for future job growth will be provided if desirable. Someone with a background in a construction trade, carpentry, home inspections, property management or a related field would be a good fit.
Position overview
· Develop relationships with high-end clients to instill trust through clear communication and reliability
· Communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, etc.
· Visit client’s homes to assess maintenance requests (with support when needed), perform general check-ups, etc.
· Execute on small handyman or carpentry tasks as needed - note that most tasks are executed by subcontractors so only more basic scopes will apply.
· Meet and oversee subcontractors in client’s homes
· Work with subcontractors to assess, schedule and quality control over work performed
· Pick-up and order materials necessary to complete tasks
· Work with internal team to manage routine maintenance tasks and schedule with subcontractors
· Provide general support to the internal team as needed
Requirements
· Strong interpersonal skills – experience with high-end client’s is a plus
· Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule and juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
· Strong communication skills
· General knowledge of home systems / mechanics / maintenance is strongly preferred however we are open to train for the right candidate
· General knowledge of residential construction is a plus
· Basic carpentry or other trade skills are a plus.
· Strong ability to utilize and learn computer programs and software.
· A positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team environment
· Valid US driver’s license and a good driving record

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
