Entity : Oracle America, Inc.

Job Duties : Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute. (385.34646)

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

Data structures & Algorithms;

Operating systems;

Distributed systems;

Unix based OS such as Linux;

Relational Database such as Oracle and MySql;

Networking protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP;

Troubleshooting and performance tuning;

Internet protocols and standards, such as REST, SSL and HTTP; and

Java/C++.
