· Role: CRM Solution Architect - HubSpot

Summary

As a CRM Solutions Architect specializing in HubSpot, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing effective CRM solutions that enhance data governance and optimize customer engagement. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will leverage your core skills in software architecture and APIs, alongside premium expertise in cloud computing and service-oriented architecture. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop scalable SaaS solutions. With a focus on data modeling and AI integration, you will drive innovation and ensure alignment with organizational goals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM solutions using HubSpot, ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop APIs for seamless integration.
• Utilize data modeling techniques to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.
• Leverage cloud computing and NoSQL technologies to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement in software development processes.

Qualifications:

· Experience: CRM architecture, implementation, and administration

· CRM Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.

· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of APIs, SQL, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting

languages.

· Cloud & Integration: Experience with AWS, Azure, as we l as middleware and integration

tools.

· Data Management: Expertise in data modeling, governance, security, and compliance

(GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

· Project Management: Ability to lead projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive

business outcomes.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting ski ls with a proactive mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,758.23 - $130,000.00 per year
