About the Role

We are developing the next generation of AI-powered automation systems for large-scale industrial operations. Our objective is to create intelligent tools and autonomous workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety while reducing manual intervention.

We are looking for an AI Engineer who can design, build, and deploy practical solutions, someone who enjoys solving real operational challenges and turning them into reliable, user-friendly automation tools.

What You’ll Build

You will contribute to designing and deploying automation technologies such as:

  • AI-driven performance optimization for remote equipment
  • Intelligent monitoring and alerting systems
  • Predictive maintenance models using sensor and operations data
  • Workflow automation for complex industrial processes
  • Data extraction and analysis tools for logs, reports, and field documentation
  • User-friendly dashboards and operator interfaces
  • Control-layer logic that allows equipment to run with minimal oversight

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy applied AI models that support automation and decision-making
  • Build tools that process real-time data from field systems and sensors
  • Create optimization models that improve equipment efficiency and stability
  • Work closely with leadership to identify automation opportunities and prototype solutions
  • Integrate models into internal tools, dashboards, and operator workflows
  • Test, validate, and refine systems based on real-world performance
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary technologies

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning, automation models, or applied AI systems
  • Experience building real software tools
  • Ability to design workflow logic and convert operational problems into technical solutions
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and self-direction
  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience with industrial automation, IoT, or control systems
  • Familiarity with edge computing, PLC integrations, or sensor networks
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Background designing or deploying tools for remote or rugged environments
  • Experience with time-series forecasting, optimization algorithms, or anomaly detection
