Position Summary
Central Florida Based Manufacturing & Distribution company seeks an Technology Manager to oversee all aspects of the firm’s technological needs. Significant attention will be paid to NetSuite administration and configuration, relating to various middleware platforms; finance, ordering, and fulfillment; e-commerce functional components, including documentation and governance related to system updates and changes. You will lead NetSuite-related projects across these key areas, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements, adhere to quality standards and are fully tested. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in NetSuite, with the ability to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot the platform. Ideally, you will also have NetSuite development experience to support customizations, scripting, and integrations. Outside of NetSuite, this position will be instrumental in leading the firm in more data- driven decision making, applying software and processes across the various business functions (Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Manufacturing) while supporting the firm’s business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee NetSuite and NetSuite-related projects, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and business initiatives across CRM, finance and ordering, and e-commerce.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize NetSuite customizations, scripts, and integrations to enhance functionality and support evolving business needs.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement NetSuite solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, adhere to quality standards, and are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align NetSuite initiatives with business priorities and to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Create and manage custom fields, records, forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and saved searches.
- Assist with daily operations and maintenance of the NetSuite platform.
- Stay updated on NetSuite releases and new functionalities.
- Support change management processes.
- Oversee overall platform administration, performance, security, and compliance.
- Oversee the integration, configuration and maintenance of the firm’s e-commerce platform (Shopify).
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Statistics) from an Accredited University.
- 10+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP, CRM, and E-commerce, including system implementation, configuration, customization, and administration.
- NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience managing NetSuite projects, including integrations and process improvements.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders—both internal team members and external partners—in the implementation and optimization of NetSuite solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, coupled with thorough attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
- Deep expertise in NetSuite’s cloud platform, integrations, and data migration tools. Experience with NetSuite Suite Script, workflows, automation, and Suite Flow. Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of core financial processes (Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, etc.) and sales processes (Lead to Opportunity, Opportunity to Order, Order to Fulfillment, etc.).
- Background in BI tool implementation and configuration (Tableau, Power BI)
- Background working intensely with manufacturing and distribution companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
