Badger Brothers Moving is a household moving company based in Madison, WI. Established in 2010, Badger Brothers Moving has since grown to move over 15,000 households per year. We are currently hiring laborers and crew leaders/supervisors. Our movers earn up to $22-27+/hour with wages, tips, and bonuses. Like any tipped position, the sky is the limit!
We have immediate positions available for the right candidates. Experience in customer service and/or manual labor is helpful, but anyone with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills should apply. We're also interested in candidates looking for a long-term career. The right candidates will grow with us as we continue to expand throughout Wisconsin and beyond!
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
1.) Our absolute most important job requirement is customer service. We are looking for people who are outgoing, easy to talk to, and enjoy small talk with customers.
2.) You must be able to easily lift and carry 150lbs.
3.) No moving experience required - we'll teach you everything you need to know in our rigorous training program.
4.) Preference given to those with weekday and weekend availability
5.) Reliable transportation is helpful as we are located off the beltline, near Rimrock Road. If you do not have a vehicle, you may be able to carpool with other employees.
Key Benefits and Pay:
1.) Our movers start with a base hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, and our drivers earn between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Most movers become drivers within 4-6 weeks with our GREAT in-house driving training. NO CDL required! We are ALWAYS looking for drivers. A driver's license in good standing is required to become a driver.
-Eligibility for multiple WEEKLY bonuses for good performance, PLUS big cash tips every day. Tips equate to an additional $5.00-$10.00 per hour on average in addition to your hourly rate!
-Total earnings amount to roughly $22-27+/hour, but there is no limit to your potential!
