Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking professional to design, implement, and manage AI-driven automations across our office operations. This role is responsible for building intelligent systems that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance internal and client-facing processes using modern AI tools and CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate is both technical and strategic, with hands-on experience in AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, and process optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Automation

  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows to automate office operations
  • Implement and manage AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent assistants for internal and external use
  • Leverage OpenAI LLMs and related AI tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI technologies that align with business goals

CRM & Systems Management

  • Configure, optimize, and maintain CRM systems (including GoHighLevel and Zoho)
  • Build and manage pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations within CRM platforms
  • Ensure accurate data flow between systems and automation tools
  • Maintain system documentation, logic maps, and process flows

Workflow Optimization

  • Analyze existing office processes and identify opportunities for automation
  • Develop scalable systems that reduce manual work and increase consistency
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into automated solutions
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system efficiency

Integration & Maintenance

  • Integrate AI tools with CRM platforms, communication tools, and third-party services
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with best practices
  • Provide ongoing support, updates, and optimization of all automated systems

Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills

  • Strong experience with AI tools and platforms (including OpenAI / LLM-based systems)
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
  • Experience building and managing chatbots and AI agents
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho experience strongly preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of workflows, pipelines, triggers, and automation logic
  • Experience integrating multiple software tools via APIs or automation platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
