Overview
Carlyle Acquisition is a fast-growing, multi-location company seeking a proactive and strategic IT Manager to support and scale our technology infrastructure as we continue to grow through acquisition. We currently have locations in Charleston, SC; Savannah, GA; and Jacksonville, FL. You have the option of working at any of these three locations. This role will oversee the full spectrum of IT functions including systems management, network infrastructure, and multi-domain integrations. You’ll work closely with business leaders and new acquisitions to ensure seamless transitions and efficient systems support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee management and optimization of Microsoft Office 365 environment
- Administer Ubiquiti UniFi network hardware (firewalls, switches, APs)
- Configure and maintain Nextiva phone systems including call trees and routing
- Manage remote servers and ensure uptime, security, and backup reliability
- Oversee multiple domains across newly acquired locations
- Support M&A integration efforts across systems and platforms
- Drive in-person IT setups for new sites (some travel required)
- Oversee vendors and consultants to maintain cost-effective IT operations
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are enforced and monitored
- Develop and manage IT SOPs and documentation
- Support SEO best practices across business web platforms
Experience
- Experience with Office 365, Ubiquiti, VoIP phone systems (Nextiva preferred)
- Strong understanding of domain/DNS management and remote desktop/server tools
- Experience with integrating IT infrastructure across multiple business locations
- Familiarity with SEO tools and website optimization basics
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
