Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through retail promotions and sales campaigns
• Engage directly with customers through in-store presentations to identify needs and sales opportunities
• Represent Fortune 500 clients with professionalism and integrity
• Assist the team in achieving weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
• Become a subject matter expert on products and services to explain unique features and benefits

Retail Sales Associate Requirements
