Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Software Engineer who loves solving real problems and turning ideas into working features. You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team where every line of code makes a difference. You’ll help design, build, and ship reliable, high-performance software used across the business.

Objectives

• Build, test, and ship software using our core stack (.NET, MSSQL, React)
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and QA to turn ideas into features users love
• Hunt down performance bottlenecks and make our apps faster and smoother
• Help shape architecture and tech decisions as the product grows
• Review code with empathy and high standards
• Keep documentation clear so everyone can move fast with confidence
• Jump in to fix production issues when needed—because we own what we build
• Join team ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, planning) with ideas and enthusiasm

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features with .NET, MSSQL, and React
• Take ownership of your work—from concept to production support
• Collaborate across functions and stay aligned on goals and priorities
• Write clean, maintainable code and meaningful automated tests
• Spot potential issues early and propose smart, practical solutions
• Give and receive feedback openly during reviews
• Keep communication clear and respectful—even under pressure
• Be accountable for results and timelines
• Stay curious, experiment, and bring new ideas to the table
• Help make the team better—technically and culturally

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building software in .NET, MSSQL, and React
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
• Familiar with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Passion for learning and adapting to new tools and technologies
• Experience in agile or fast-paced startup environments
• Clear communication and team-first mindset
• Bonus: scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.) or DevOps experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
