Job description
CONVERSION LOGIX is a Digital Advertising and Technology Company based in Bothell, WA. We are hiring an AI Engineer for the Data Intelligence team! This is a remote position.
Conversion Logix is a leading marketing technology company serving the multifamily and senior-living verticals. Our platform, The Conversion Cloud®, drives lead generation, appointment scheduling, campaign attribution, and conversion optimization across hundreds of properties. We leverage cutting-edge data science and automation to deliver measurable business results.
As we scale our AI capabilities, we’re seeking an engineer to build agent-based orchestration systems, embed generative workflows, and bring fully autonomous features into our stack.
The Opportunity:
You will join our Data & AI team to design and deploy AI agents that execute workflows across marketing platforms, CRM systems, scheduling chains, and analytics pipelines. This isn’t just model development — you’re building the next-generation of agents that plan, act, learn and iterate to optimize lead flow, attribution, and personalization.
If you relish working at the intersection of LLMs, tool-integrations (for example with the Google Agent Kit), real-time orchestration, and marketing operations, this is your spot.
What You’ll Do:
- Architect and implement agentic systems and workflows — multi-step, tool-enabled agents (using Google Agent Kit and similar frameworks) that interface with ad platforms, CRM, scheduling, analytics and other systems.
- Build ML/AI features for conversion prediction, ad-bid optimization, attribution modelling, dynamic content/personalization, and decision automation.
- Design and maintain data pipelines (batch & streaming) to feed agents: ingestion, feature engineering, retrieval layers, memory, and inference.
- Deploy models and agents into production, monitor behaviour and performance (including drift detection, retraining), set up fallback logic, ensure reliability and scale.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing Ops, Engineering and Data Intelligence to identify high-impact use cases, define success metrics, prototype quickly, and roll into production.
- Stay ahead of the curve on generative AI, LLMs, agent frameworks and orchestration platforms, bringing new capabilities into the business.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 5+ years in ML/AI engineering or agent development (or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience building agents or workflows using tool-enabled architectures (e.g., Google Agent Kit, LangChain/LangGraph, Flyte/Prefect, Ray, etc).
- Strong Python expertise and familiarity with LLM frameworks, embeddings, RAG, retrieval systems.
- Experience integrating with APIs, building pipelines, orchestrating workflows, deploying to cloud/production.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator — you’re comfortable translating between business goals and technical implementation.
- Passion for shipping systems that drive measurable business outcomes, and for working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and iteration.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Google Ads / Meta Ads / ATTRIBUTION modelling / marketing funnel optimization.
- Exposure to the multifamily/senior-living or real-estate vertical.
- Experience with Kubernetes / MicroK8s, CI/CD, containerised model deployment.
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs or building conversational agents in production.
- Master’s, PhD, or MBA in AI
- Solid background in cloud-native environments (e.g., GCP containerization, infrastructure as code).
- Advanced expertise with LLMOps
- Strong first principles thinking and adherence to AI development best practices
