IT Service Desk Manager

We're looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Manager to lead our help desk team. You’ll oversee technicians, ensure top-tier service delivery, and streamline support processes to keep our systems running smoothly. If you’re a problem-solving leader with a knack for optimizing workflows and a passion for customer service, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of service desk technicians
  • Manage ticket flow and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Develop and refine IT support processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service efficiency
  • Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in IT service management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with a ticketing software (Autotask and Kaseya a plus!)
  • CompTIA certifications a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
